the last time I went out, it was to a bunker in the middle o nowhere with no commercial internet connection.
Its just this side of witsec, cant say where I have been, what I was doing, how long I was there, or when I would be coming back.

That was like when my Uncle was in Nam. He would just tell us we wouldn't hear from him for awhile, my Dad would pace the floor it was sometimes months. I knew every time a strange car pulled up my Dad thought the worst. But then we would get a call I'm OK. Just so you know City I don't like this.. not at all. Can't you just go teach gun safety, women's self defense or maybe teach kids or girls how to ride. You would be good at all of them and you could teach English to our Russian population.

Ah the good old days of being somewhere where you're not supposed to be, doing stuff you're not supposed to. I miss it sometimes but then again I like coming home everyday. Is it a private company or gov that you'll be doing this for? What type/high of clearance do you need? And most important, do you get to shoot at "targets"?

Now if I were the Pres. you join the military you go to war and put your life on the line for your country. Its an automatic million in the bank account and that's still not enough for a life. Like I said I have the highest respect for those who serve and have served. But not the ones who send them there and forget about them.

Tell you what, go ahead and deposit my million, I'm sure I can flip it and be comfortable for quite a while. For most who have served they do it because they believe in it. I do suspect that many joined up after 9/11 just like after Dec. 7th, 1941. There are some who truely love that job (I don't know why) and some that do their time and get out. Not once while I was in did I give a rat's ass about who was in office and if they were concerned about me and my fellow brothers and sisters. I do appreciate those like you who are truely concerned for this country's military and the gesture of your thoughts are nice but I have to say I was pretty well compensated while I was in. What other job do you know that gives you free medical, dental, money for food, money for housing, tax free paychecks when you're in a dangerous place, and travel all over the world?

I now watch my Uncle deteriorate from the effects of Nam, things have changed a lot for those who serve since then thank God.

there have been many wars, conflicts and national struggles that have killed off many of the men, now put into account that the men are by in large in manual labor fields, and that the girls are better educated and more world oriented, you end up with pretty girls, that are are smart that are vying for men on a 9-1 ratio..... if you kick out the arabs (dont count them as men you would date, andmost of them do) the number approached 18 to 19 girls for eligible male. Now take into account that average ukrainian male can have pick of pretty girls, is predominately a drunk chauvenist, and you will see why american boy that speaks russian cleans up, ;)

It is the never ending rockstar entourage of twent somthings that all love the slicker, me a happy boy. you should see her friend from Odessa ! she has already said she is to be our bridesmaid (they move fast, she already wants marriage!.....slooooow down girl !)
