So is there a certain number of people a person can have sex with that takes them from supa-star, to nasty? With people out there like Will Chamberlain who has been with 1,000's of woman, does that effect our opinion. Lastly is there still the double standard between men and women on the number of partners they have had sex with?

I think this is a good topic. LOL... Of course there's that number somewhere, that indicates your not a man-whore but at the same time shows your experienced. What is that number? I'm sure most of us men, who have all of their teeth and can carry decent conversations, are over that number in the women's eyes. However, I have noticed recently that this question hardly ever comes up anymore. Is it because the women are not caring anymore? Or is it because they like the experience factor? I don't ask, because it doesn't really matter to me. I would ask however if things didn't look or feel right! LOL... Ya feel me?

Don't ask questions you don't want the answer to IMO. Goes both ways, I wont ask because no good will come of it. If it's very few it doesn't mean shit to me, if it's a lot I'll probably get all pissed/jealous/grossed out depending on the magnitude.

I assume girls wont ask either for the same reason.

I have been with my wife for over 5 years, I told her when we started dating that I was fairly promiscuous when I was younger. Still to this day she has not asked me how many people I have been with and she said she never will, because she doesn't want to know. Although I wanted to know about her...Im her second.

Chris Rock did a great routine about this. Men tend to triple their number so they can look studly, and women tend to cut theirs to one third so they don't come off slutty.

girls dont really want to know how many encounters you've had before. most just want to make sure you are experienced enough to get the job done.... right.

Shouldn't make a difference, if you're honest about being tested and communicate, numbers shouldn't mean anything. I don't want to know cause it's not going to make a difference, so why even bring it up?

not only that but it's not a really good indication of anything because what's the difference between someone having sex with one person 100 times versus someone having sex with 4 people once? (aside fro the probability of stds :P )

I don't think that changes probability one bit.. because those 4 people could have had 100 partners each.. Think about it.

what every they say, it has no affect on what is now. obviously she is riding latex till she passes the tox screen, but yeah, this day and age, if she is my age, I figure she has been around the block, It would be nice if she wasnt knocking boots in every house on the way around .....

Of course there's that number somewhere, that indicates your not a man-whore but at the same time shows your experienced. What is that number?
