I think the ER is a good rule, and if you are getting stitches... well one would hope its by proper competent medical care.

I found The Black Swan disappointing. The vaunted girl-on-girl was one scene, really all that special. I'm not a huge ballet fan, so the rest of the movie dragged. Heather thought it was heavy-handed, and I didn't like the ending.

So if you haven't seen it yet, consider this two votes of "don't waste your money"--even though I really like Natalie Portman, and y'know? When Mila Kunis doesn't sound like Mila Kunis... I don't hate her ;).
