Why not... I can see this happening. You have this "idea" of what you are looking for - even when you aren't actively looking. It's like a mental picture or at least the ideal figure in your mind's eye... not quite a dejavu, but a somewhat cognizant reflex as to the "I think I know you" that when you do cross paths, you freeze up because now.... he/she is "real".

yeah I was lost when I got it.. a short time later (just after I posted it) I was told it came from a scifi thing on 20000BC people in love or something like that. :(
